    Deck job work progress by shipyard asf:

    1. Steel work
    1.1 Main deck top plate and hatch coaming
    1.2 Electric cable pipe.
    1.3 Hatch cover ( top and under side)
    1.4 Cargo hold tank top ( hold no.4 and 6)
    1.5 Lower stool bulk head, frame face plate and bracket.
    1.6 Damaged bilge pipe and air vent pipe.
    1.7 Insert face plate to mooring bitts on deck (at mark by LR survey)
    Action : Not progress

    2. Anchor chain / Chain locker cleaning


    Action: not progress waiting for vessel under docking.

    3. Renewal brake lining mooring winch and windlass


    Action : Not progress

    4. Gangway / provisions and Engine Crane load test.


    Action: several times to remember but not progress

    5. Install new sounds pipe with cap complete set.


    Action : in progress to fabrication at the shipyard workshop.

    6. Refill Gas and acetylene empty cylinders.


    Action: No progress/ only vessel at the 1st banging only can be transferred
    cylinders.

    7. In quotation:
    7.1 Blasting and painting under SUL structure starboard side (H&M)
    7.2 Blasting and painting APT (H&M)
    7.3 Blasting and painting crane body under stand platform.
    Action: No progress

    8. Dismantle Hydraulic jacks and overhaul.


    Action: No progress

    9. Ballast and bilge valve overhaul.


    Action: No progress

    10. Repair davit pulley corroded Steel structure lifeboat port side ( Lifeboat
    deficiency recommended)
    Action: No progress

    11. Crane Sheave removed to repair and /or overhaul


    Action: install the scoffeder to crane no.1-4 / removed sheaves not progress.
    Deck job work progress by contractor asf:

    1.lifeboat annual test.


    Action:
    -Life boat port&Stbd remove to shore side for inspection.
    (All defect reports to be done by ship's crew are completely)
    -Completed Gear box winch life boat checked and inspection

    2. Radio service
    Action: found definitely item
    - Battery for SART not good // in Requested
    - EPIRB battery No power // in Requested
    - ITU publication need to ne edition update// in Requested
