Scope of services of an Accredited Collecting Partner

 Collect and remit SSS contribution of self-employed/Voluntary Members;

 Collect and Remits SSS Loan Amortizations / Payments; And
 Accept miscellaneous payments like payment for replacement of SSS ID

Requirements

 Articles and By laws

 Certificate of Registration
 Certificate of Compliance
 List of full names and complete addresses of the present Board of Directors
 Board Resolution
 Audited FS for the last 3 years from date of application
 Annual collection commitment
 Soft copy of list of members
 CAPR

Performance Security

 Secure the performance of duties and obligations of a collecting PA under the MOA.
 P300,00.00 surety bond
 In case of failure, refusal, or default in the performance of any of its obligations under the MOA

Income

The SSS will pay P6.00 for every transaction within 15 days from receipt of billing from the PA (partner
agent)

Remittance

 PA shall submit collection list, Consolidated Remittance Report in SSS

 PA shall remit all SSS Collection for any given month on or before the 10 th day of the month of
collection in SSS depository Bank

Grounds of Termination

 Delay Remittance of collection for any 2 months within a 6-month period from the time it failed
to remit its collection
 Revocation or Cancellation of Certificate of Registration
 Failure to;
Submit audited FS
Renew of surety bond
Comply with any other terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT
