Business Introduction:

Tractor is a self-propelled power unit having wheels or tracks for operating


agricultural implements and machines including trailers.

Most commonly, the word tractor is used to describe the distinctive farm vehicle.
The farm tractor is used for pulling or pushing agricultural machinery or trailers,
for plowing, tilling, harrowing, planting and similar tasks.

The main service provided are land tiller through rental tractor service for small
holder farmers unions. The tractor machine is used to plough land with better
quality as compared to the Oxen power based served by the traditional Maresha
by the majority of the small holder farmers.

Mission Statement
The main objective of this project is to provide agricultural Mechanization services
to the framers on rental basis and increasing production & productivity of
strategic and high value crop, with considerations for the needs of women, youth
and the environment. Specifically the project aimed at presenting tractors,
planters, Combiners, and other relevant agricultural mechanization services
technologies on a rental basis for individual farmers and increasing individual
farmers income.

Vision Statement

Our vision is to create an environment that inspire a better quality of life by doing
agricultural work.
Ethical Code of Conduct
All the employees of company should follow some code of rules. Most of the
allowed and prohibited practices are mentioned below.

Allowed Practices:

 All employees should respect their colleague


 Employee should come office on time.

 Use your cell phone in a manner that benefits your work (business
calls, productivity apps, calendars.)

 Employee can offer NAMAZ during office hours.


 Team works and discussion the allowed during the office hours.
 Employees should keep the company secret data save.
 Every male employee should give respect to women colleagues.

Implementation of Ethical Code of Conduct

For the implement of the code of conduct we will appoint an employee’s head. He
will keep an eye on the behavior of the company employee in case, if some
employee violates the company’s code of ethics he will be fined or fired from the
company. To make sure that the entire employee comes office on time

Constitution of the company based on the following steps

Memorandum of Association
• Memorandum of association is one of the basic, fundamental and important
documents of the company

• Memorandum of association is also known as charter or constitution of


company

• Memorandum of association is compulsory for all types of company

• Without MOA, no company can be started or incorporated

• MOA gives information about the aims and objects of the company

Registered name of the company


Our company’s name ‘CH Autos’ is registered. This name is not use by any tractor
dealer before. This is a unique name and now we owned this name if anyone use
our name he will have to face court and the law for this illegal activity.
Office
In the beginning, our company office works in Kehror Pakka. Later we will shift our
business in Bahawalpur and Lodhran.

Business of the company


The main purpose of mechanization is to make more efficient director of power
and create favorable conditions for increasing production and productivity of a
system.

Liability of shareholders
Liabilities and debts of the shareholders will be limited because company is
limited

Authorized share capital


All investment is owned by all shareholders.

In the beginning, nominal value of the company share is 25000000.

Articles of Association
Articles of Association is the second most important document

•It needs to be filed with the ROC along with the Memorandum at the time of
incorporation

• This document is subordinated (secondary) to the

Memorandum

• It contains rules and regulations that governs the internal management of the
company
•It defines the powers, rights and duties of the Board of Directors

•It establishes relationship between the company and its members and also
between the members.

Shareholder’s Agreement
There will four shareholders of the company Qurban Sharif, Talha Bakir, Sair
Mehmood, Rafaqat. If shareholder wants to change the Article of association,
then 70% of majority will change the constitution. Shareholder can be work as a
board of director in his company. If shareholder wants to add his investment in
the company he will allowed adding investment by informing the other
shareholder. And the profit criteria will according to the numbers of shares in the
company

Functional units
A Functional project organizational structure consists of project team members
allocated from different functional units of an organization

1. Production department: In the department production of tractors and


machinery will take place.
2. Quality Management: In quality control management, we will make sure
that our client is satisfied by our machinery and tractors.
3. Sales and marketing: This department will keep record of showroom’s sale
and deals with marketing procedure to improve the sales of the company.
4. Finance and Administration: This department deals with the accounts of
showroom and will responsible for giving the salaries to the employees and
also deals with other expenses.
Research and Development: This department search for the innovative designs
and new ideas to improve our production.

Geographical Organization:

Our main focus is to provide business services in Kehror Pakka. But we will also
provide services in all our Pakistan.

Employees are the back bone of the company. If the employees are motivated
and take interest in his duty, automatically performance of our company will
improve. We will take following steps to motivate our employee.

Performance Appraisals
It is typically conducted with good intentions to manage and improve the
performance of individual employees, and lead to enhanced overall
organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

So, every year our company gave performance appraisals to our staff. This
encourage them, they work properly, pay attention, this increase our company
revenue. We gave them appraisals like bonus of one month salary, gave them
Umrah tickets for their family, paying school fee of their children etc. So they feel
happy and pay attention on their work to get appraisals.

It is a technique to separate the working staff and low working staff.

Our machinery and tractors price is not fixed. It will vary from machinery to
machinery and tractor to tractor.

Conclusion
Besides offering attractive financial returns to its promoters, the proposed
Tractor and its accessories rental business has positive socio-economic
impacts with contribute to the poverty alleviation efforts of the country and
are consistent with the government development strategy. The project
aimed at expanding the agricultural mechanization The project provides
mechanized services on harvesting and post harvest service. Project is found
technically, economically , legally and socially feasible with capacity to
additional capacity to fetch additional capacities to the member farmers
through generating additional revenue

In conclusion the project is justified based on the following criteria:- It shows


a decent Return on Investment; It has a healthy cash flow over the plan
period; It has a positive role to play in Ethiopian socio-economic
development.
