Good afternoon, my dear teacher Gabriela Montoya, my name is Jefferson
Ventocilla, and my name is Yahaira Vela, and this is our task number five.

J: Hi Yahaira, good morning, how are you?

Y: Hello Jefferson, I am very well. How was your day?

J: Very good, thanks. I just finished my career plan. Did you do yours?

Y: Yes, I also did it for the talk this weekend, tell me about one of your skills.

J: Well, since my career is in molecular biology, I would like to improve my ability to

analyze and I need to learn more about DNA structures. In addition, it is important
to know biology, physics, chemistry, and mathematics.

J: I would like so much to work in an important laboratory in Canada, it is called

Y: Wow… How do you spell that name?

J: R-A-Y-I-T-A-D-N, it's a play on words.

Y: Have you thought about being part of a club?

J: I would like to be part of the association for the solution of marine ecological
problems, tell me about the characteristics of your career.

Y: Well, my career is organizational psychology. I have been able to learn about

the execution of managerial psychological competencies, likewise, I would like to
apply in the future strategic evaluation and management techniques of human
talent, I also need to learn to execute programs to increase, and strengthen the
conduct.

J: That sounds interesting in how you encourage people and your future goals
when you finish your degree.
Y: I would like to be able to manage a clothing company because I want to have a
good salary, but I haven't thought about which one yet, I would also like to carry
out research on burnout syndrome and give many motivational talks in companies,
many people get tired at work.

J: I'm very happy for you Yahaira, always thinking about helping others and their
