1. What do you understand with childhood immunisation programs?

- Childhood immunisation programs are one of the most important treatments for protecting
children from potentially fatal illnesses. The immunisation from several diseases comes
from vaccination from child to prevent certain health diseases and problems in future.

2. What are the factors that influence some of the parents (esp Muslims) refuse to get their
child vaccinated?

- One of the factors some of the muslim parents refuse to get their child vaccinated is about
halal haram issue. There is always an issue due to misunderstanding even the national fatwa
council ruled that vaccine hukum is permissible.

- On the other hand, knowledge and understanding of vaccine use is still low. It will cause the
society to feel anxious and easy to understand information and one of the ideologies obtained
through social sites even though it is wrong and confusing.

3. Do you think the government should make it compulsory for every child aged 6-18 to
get vaccinated for Covid 19.

From my point of view, the government should not make it compulsory for every child
aged 6-18 to get vaccinated for covid-19. It is because the vaccine today is still under
investigation and not fully guaranteed by the government. The proof is, when some cases involve
side effects of vaccines in children, the government is not responsible for what will happen after.
It is sealed in the contract before the vaccination for our children. Due to that, for me the
government should give the freedom to people either they want to take the vaccine for their
children or not
