About us

1. Background company

Care and Cure led by Muhammad Haziq bin Hamzah as the Manager and assisted by
Wan Nurizzatul Najwa binti Wan Bakar as the Assistant Manager. Care and Cure
activities in healthcare industry based in Puchong, Selangor. The company was
specialized in providing healthcare to their customers especially for those who has
mental issues.

Care and Cure involved in this field because of the high demand in mental health
acts to secure the safety of vulnerable people. Care and Cure company was
established in May 28, 2018 after seeing a bright opportunity in the health care
industry and promote the persistence of the areas of mental healthcare.

Care and Cure aimed to be the best healthcare company that provide effective care
and treatments. Within this company, we were able to help increase our customer
self-esteem because of the efficient of health care management team. Care and
Cure also has the business planning aspects skilled and experience in health
development.

 Care and Cure Company is a that provide healthcare to our customers. As such, our
company will hold a webinar event to help them through their hardships especially
with the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic. The webinar event is called
“Webinar JoblessnessTraumatic”.

6. THEME OF EVENT
 Mental Health Awareness – Joblessness Traumatic
The theme of our webinar is Joblessness Trauma. The major reason our
company chose this topic for our webinar is that we want to raise awareness about
mental health, particularly joblessness, which may be painful. Our company want to
spread messages of hope to those in need even more to people who have
joblessness traumatic. Whether you have been laid off, downsized, forced to retire
early, or seen contract work dry up, losing your job is one of the most distressing
situations you can have.
A study of the jobless reveals how unemployment affects self-esteem, family
and social relationships, and emotional well-being. It suggests specific ways in which
social agencies can take a leadership role in finding and assisting the unemployed.
While the stress of losing a job may appear overwhelming, there are many things
you can do to regain control, keep your spirits up, and discover a revitalised sense of
purpose. We wish to provide spirits to individuals who are unemployed so that they
may cope with job loss stress.

B) EVENT CONTENT

1) EVENT INTRODUCTION

What is trauma? What can trauma do in a person? Trauma can include exhaustion,
confusion, sadness, anxiety, numbness, dissociation, confusion, and blunted affect.
Nowadays, trauma is a serious issue due to Covid 19, because a lot of employees are
jobless due to the pandemic, it will cause trauma to a person, this is we call trauma jobless.

Losing a job and being unemployed for a long period of time is a psychological
trauma and a financial trauma. Research on unemployment shows that losing one’s job is
detrimental to mental health and often physical health. Many of these people will need
psychological support. The COVID-19 crisis is affecting some categories of workers.

The reason why we choose trauma jobless is because this has been an issue for
years and it is affecting a lot of people who are working, we are doing this to help and spread
awareness for the people who are jobless and for those who are going through tough times
while working. In other words, people who are struggling and still working should not give up
and take notes about what will happen if they are jobless.

The attraction of this event is we will invite people who are already traumatize by
jobless. They will tell the audience about what will happen in their live if they don’t have a
job and ways to overcome and prevent the situation. We know that our world is under a
terrible pandemic of COVID-19, we want to make sure that every worker knows how to adapt
and overcome the situation. Trauma jobless is consider normal during this time due to the
pandemic of COVID-19. Hopefully our event can help people who are struggling and we
hope the statistic of trauma jobless in the world will decrease.

2) OBJECTIVES

It is well documented that the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in large increases in
unemployment in many countries. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge effect on the
aviation industry, with many workers losing their jobs. Job loss is commonly recognized as a
detrimental traumatic incident attributed to the resulting downturn in economy and
unemployment. Employees who express psychological distress, life discontent, and
physical, social, and economic problems will be affected.

Losing a job and being unemployed for a long period of time is a psychological
trauma and a financial trauma, and the two are closely intertwined.

In this case, our company Care and Cure agreed to conduct “WEBINAR
JOBLESSNESS TRAUMATIC” to prevent trauma problems for the unemployment.

Care and Cure use Webinar Joblessness Traumatic to achieve below objective:

 Focusing on victims of joblessness trauma problems

 Gives an idea or recommendations to arrange financial

 Awareness in community that existence about the trauma of losing a job

2. Fundraising or income

Registration fee = RM50.00

RM5,000 – RM1,500 = RM3,500 (real income)

3. Here are our event cost cutting.

We cut promotional costs by survey of some stores that take orders making flyers.
We place orders in store that have good results with reasonably priced. This is because if we
place orders in expensive store, the capital we withdraw must also be plentiful and the
registration fee also has to be increased. We also reduce the cost of promotion by promoting
it through social media platforms. As we know, promoting something on social media doesn't
require us to spend money. In addition, social media is also a platform that is easily
accessed by people today. So, the ads promoted will be easier to see by all groups of
society.

Besides, we can also cut the cost of ordering posters and brochures because we use
google meet as a platform to give webinar and we just promote this webinar only through
social media so we do not require these things. Other than that, we also cut the cost by
hosting this webinar by online via google meet instead of face-to-face. This is because, if we
hosting webinar face-to-face, there are many things we need to do such as booking a hall or
somewhere comfortable to run webinar.

After that we also cut our costs by looking for sponsors who can sponsor our
webinar. Our sponsorship is Ainaa Beauty. Ainaa Beauty is owned by an Instagram
influencer, Syafiqah Aina. After we got the sponsor, we give to our VIPs sponsorship
products which is worth RM250. In addition to reducing event costs, we also do not need to
add costs to give gifts to VIPs and give them the sponsorship product itself. Even though we
give our participants gift, we still gain profit and can cut cost for buy gift for participants. Our
company, Care & Cure will be giving out 50% discount vouchers to all participants who has
participated in this webinar. All participants can use this voucher for all treatment at our
company but this voucher can be use only once for all treatment.
