Dear Tende Noella Shirih,
OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
We offer to your application dated 13th January, 2012 and the subsequent interviews you had
with our foreign partners. We are pleased to offer you an employment as a Branch Manager at
our Abuja office with effect from Monday, 14th May, 2012.
REMUNERATION (EXCLUDING SALES COMMISSION)
Your total remuneration will be ₦600,000.00 per annum with the details as follows:
Basic salary - - ₦250,000.00
Housing - - ₦135,000.00
Transport - - ₦90,000.00
Medical - - ₦125,000.00
Lunch - - ₦125,000.00
Utility - - ₦50,000.00
Total - - ₦775,000.00
COMMISSION
Sales of computers and ICCT devices 1%(invoice value less all taxes and third party
commission if any)
Sales of office furniture’s chairs and tables
And all other products that the company deals on
And all other contracts that you to the company 2.5%(invoice value less all taxes and third
party
commission if any).
SALES TARGET:
You will be given monthly sales Target.
HOURS OF WORK:
The official working days and hours are as follows:
Mondays-Fridays - - 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturdays/public holidays -9:00am-3:00pm
However, you may be required to work outside the above working hours should there be any
outstanding jobs that require your attention or are assigned to you. There is a one-hour break in
between although these hours and subject to modification as may be warranted to your duties.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD:
You will be on probation for the first six (6) months after which your appointment will be
confirmed subject to your satisfactory performance in the execution of your duties.
During the probationary period, either party may opt for the termination of this agreement with a
minimum of two weeks’ notice in writing or two weeks’ Basic salary in lieu of notice.
Upon confirmation of your appointment, either party may terminate this agreement at any time
by giving one month’s Basic Salary in lieu thereof.
DISMISSAL
The company reserves the right to summarily dismiss without notice any employee for gross
misconduct and/ or negligence of duty or whose behavior is inimical to the growth, progress and
image of the company.
ANNUAL LEAVE
Upon the satisfactory completion of your probation period and subsequent confirmation, you will
be entitled to an annual Leave Allowance will be 10% of your Annual Basic Salary.
MEDICAL FACILITY
The company has a medical insurance scheme for all her staff. You will be entitled to the
scheme.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be given a job description after resumption.
GUARANTOR
You are to provide a guarantor who must be a responsible citizen of Nigeria.
If the above conditions are acceptable to you, please sign the duplicate copy of this appointment
letter as an acknowledgement of your acceptance of the offer and return to the undersigned
within one week of the date thereon.
