This issue has been identified in the Operating System (OS) used in the HC+.
DragonWave-X incorporated a fix from the OS vendor in Release 1.04.00 (1.4.0) that was indicated to resolve
the issue. Testing and field reports have indicated that this fix was ineffective.
2.1 Symptoms
If this bug is encountered, the following symptoms will be present:
Note that this issue does not affect traffic passing over the link or the Quality of Service system for payload
traffic.
The ‘diag1’ CLI command can be used to determine the system uptime.
DragonWave-X is evaluating an update to the underlying OS of the HC+, development and testing of this
release is underway however a full 208+ days must be included in the testing to determine if the fault is
completely resolved. The release version and release date are not yet available, please contact your
DragonWave-X sales representative or reseller for further information about the intended release date.
