    1. Does the whole family experience the same disease/illness? Explain why?

    Yes, in some instances. Some people in my family have a high blood pressure
    because such disease is genetic. However, not the whole family have the same
    disease because the risk for high blood pressure also depends with unhealthy
    lifestyle choices, such as smoking and eating an unhealthy diet.

    2. What do you usually do when one of your family members gets sick?
    Elaborate on your answer.

    When a family member gets sick, first we asses how critical the symptoms are.
    After that, we will decide if the family member needs a check-up with the doctor.
    We also make sure that a potential sick family member is properly taken care of
    by maintaining a healthy environment and also feeding them healthy foods.
    Moreover, we also prevent potential risks of infection by making sure that all the
    healthy members are contained.
    3. Do you have any hereditary conditions/diseases?

    In my case, I don’t have any hereditary disease diagnosed. However, on my


    father side, a few of our family members have hypertension.
    Conclusion:
    Within the process of taking this family health history survey, I have found out
    about the common diseases my family have. The data gathered will be very
    useful in order to understand my family’s potential health risks and find the
    proper ways to prevent it.
