INTRODUCTION
 The Giant Panda, the most famous bear in the world, has finally made it safely to their
second home in Malaysia. Arriving in Malaysia at the age of eight, the young couple known
as Xing Xing and Liang Liang (previously Fu Wa and Feng Yi) symbolizes peace and a 40-
year diplomatic relationship between China and Malaysia. So, We as the Zoo Negara Event
organizer will launch our majestic event which is called PandaMate. PandaMate will be
organized at Zoo Negara on 25 April -27 April 2022. The purpose of our event is to
encourage society to appreciate and love the animals.

LAYOUT

For the arrangement of resources and assets , We will set up all of our equipment such
as tents, barriers,P.A System,and others. We will do the site inspection to minimize the risk
of our event and to our attendees. The site inspection will cover all the risk checklists such as
broken floor,broken barriers and others. For the layout of the event, The stage will be the
main attraction because the Panda Show will be on the main stage.The staff and the organizer
will be on the front and the back of the stage to run the event smoothly. In the front of the
stage , there will be barriers.It is for the safety of the attendees and to make sure the Panda
will not be able to cross to the audiences. It is also to convince the audiences for their safety
at the event.

For the flow of the audiences, The audiences can enter from the left of the panda site,
and take a seat at the provided audiences seats. The audience seats that we provided are
convenient and the view from the seats will give audiences the best experiences of the
event.At the end of the event, the audiences can exit the show at the right side of the
event.This flow is to make sure the overcrowded issues can be minimized.

Having excellent communication is crucial to the execution of a successful event. To

assure excellent communication between all staff members involved in crowd control both
during regular business operations and during crises. By using smartphones, walkie talkies
and P.A systems in our event, crowd problems can be identified and solved swiftly and
professionally.
 For the colour of the symbol for the layout, the stage colour is green. The green
defines the nature of the panda and the forest.The green also is highlighted to attract and to
make the audiences aware about the main stage place.Then,For the barriers, we used red
colour to define the danger and hazardous risk of the barrier. It is to make sure the audiences
did not cross the barriers. After that, the colour of the audience seat is gray. It is the original
colour of the seat and to let the audience find the seat easily.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, The PandaMate event is to raise awareness about the importance of animals
like Panda.It is also to encourage the society to appreciate the panda.Not to forget, the
audience also can get a lot of knowledge about the Panda. We really hope this type of event
will get a lot of support and be well known by the society.
