1. Chapter 1:

1.1. Introduction of the Project: Motivation is the core ingredient of a

person to work and move forward in life progressively. Job satisfaction is

the main ingredient leading to motivation and assurance of loyalty of an

employee in any organization. What would make an employee motivated

to work with complete job satisfaction; is main issue to be focused.

1.2. Background: This research will be marked as a milestone for future for

the organizations to review their support to their employees in order to

ensure their job satisfaction leading to their motivation and loyalty.

1.3. Objectives: The objective of this research as intended are: -

1.3.1.Assess and evaluate the available Support of an Organization to its

employees

1.3.2.Evaluate the effects of the support on employees’ job satisfaction

1.3.3.Make an effort to read the minds of the employees over their

received and perceived support from their employer

1.3.4.Suggest improvements in the support system after a careful

analysis of their effects, in order to enhance motivation of the

employees and productivity of organization.

1.4. Significance: This study will give a clear picture / feedback to the target

organization about their support and its effects on the job satisfaction for

their employees. Support provided by an organization has definite elements of motivating the
employees or de-motivating them, therefore

this study will enable the organization to review their support system in

practice in order to improve further for better future results. On other

hand the employees will feel more satisfied if the system placed is corrected with positivity.
2. Chapter No 2: Project Proceedings. This project will move under

3. Chapter No 3: Methodology. The methodology of this project will be

as explained in subsequent paragraphs: -

3.1. Data Collection Sources and Sampling: Following will be data

collection sources:

3.1.1. Sources

3.1.1.1. Primary Source.

3.1.1.2. Secondary Source

3.1.1.2.1. Organization data available in the HR

Department of Telecom industries

3.1.1.2.2. Literature available on motivational factors in

library

3.1.1.2.3. Internet

3.1.2. Sample Size


3.1.2.1. Total strength of employees in Head Office of Warid

Telecom is approximately 700 employees including

Middle Level Managers.

3.1.2.2. The total 100-150 (as available and willing to participate)

employees in Head Office of Warid Telecom will be included as sample.

3.1.2.3. The sampling will be the Convenience Sampling.

3.2. Data Collection Tools / Instruments: Multiple tools will be used:-

3.2.1.HR Manager will be interviewed

3.2.2.Data from database will be obtained to ascertain the attendance and

turn out of the employees

3.2.3.A prepared questionnaire will be conducted from employees

3.3. Reasons. Multiple tools are selected for the reasons below:

3.3.1. The basic data needed will be available from data base

3.3.2. Through an interview of HR Manager it will confirm the types

of support available for the employees.

3.3.3. Through questionnaire from employees the data will be

collected to assess their satisfaction level due to support of the

organization

3.4. Subjects / Participants: Following are the subjects for this project: -

3.4.1.Warid Telecom Main Office Lahore

3.4.2.HR Manager of the Company

3.4.3.A total of 15-20% of approximately 700 employees including

managers (top, middle, lower level) and other employees of the Head Office of Warid Telecom in
Lahore.

3.4.4.Sampling will be through convenience sampling (random

selection) of available employees on the day of visit to the head

office.

3.5. Field Work / Data Collection:

3.5.1.The survey will be conducted for 3-4 days by visiting the Head
Office of Warid Telecom Pakistan at Lahore.

3.5.2.The organization has been contacted and hopefully the permission

will be granted to access its data and needed statistics for this study

/ survey.

3.6. Data Processing & Analysis:

3.6.1.Correlation, the Regression and Mean techniques will be use to

analyze the data. Analysis will be carried out after complete

survey/ data collection. Mostly the effects will be seen through the

results desired and actual results of the training affecting the

behavior of the employees / managers and productivity.

3.6.2.Questionnaire Layout. Questionnaire will be designed to get data

on the identified variables. The questionnaire would include closed

ended questions for variable based question. The questionnaire will

be based on rating scale.

3.6.2.1.Strongly Agree / Satisfied 5 points

3.6.2.2.Agree / Satisfied 4 points.

3.6.2.3.Moderate Satisfied 3 points.

3.6.2.4.Disagree / not satisfied 2 points.

3.6.2.5.Strongly Disagree / Rejected / unsatisfied 1 point.
