FACTS OF THE CASE:

That about 2 in the afternoon, December 16, 2022, a rape with murder was
transpired inside the room 12, criminology building, UEP, located at UEP Zone III
University Town, Catarman Northern Samar.The victim was identified as Joy
Romines Anounevo, 21 years old, a resident of Brgy. West Awang, Calbayog City,
Western Samar

Awang, Calbayog City Western Samar personally appeared before this office
requested to put intno blotter because her daughter Joy Romines Anounevo, 21
years old, single, student, a resident of Brgy. West Awang, Calbayog City, Western
Samar was allegedly raped and murdered by a certain Jovince Gomba, legal age,
married, janitor, a resident of Brgy. Palanas of this city transpired at about 9 in the
morning of December 16, 2022.

on or about 9 in the morning of December 16, 2022 inside the grade 12 room, Senior
Highschool Building of Calabyog City National Highschool, Brgy. Hamurawun,
