Estimados estudiantes, deben realizar la traducción del siguiente texto en sus archivadores.
Seguidamente de acuerdo a la comprensión del mismo, realizar oraciones interrogativas y dar
respuesta a las mismas.

His name was Antonio Jose de Sucre. This great man was born in the time of the Spanish
colony, in Venezuela. He was born in 1783. He was an orphan when he was ten years old. He
had a great private teacher. His teacher was Simon Rodriguez. This teacher was also a
philosopher. Well, getting back to our subject, the great man got married when he was
nineteen. By that time he was living in Europe. He was studying and learning new thing. By the
way, his family was rich so he was rich too. His wife got sick and she died very young. Our
character swore faithfulness for the rest of his life. So he didn´t marry again. In 1810 when he
was twenty seven years old, he started fighting the Spanish people. He fought because he
wanted South America to be free. He was discriminated by the Spanish people because he was
born in South America.
After three years of war, he won and entered Caracas, Venezuela. However the Spanish sent
more soldiers and he had to escape to Jamaica. In 1815, he wrote a letter of declaration of war
for the Spanish and he continued to fight without rest. He freed five countries from Spain
Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia. He wanted that these countries form a big
country but the politicians of that time didn´t want that so he was considered an enemy. He
was forced to live Santa Martha. There he died on December seventeenth in 1830.
