JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF INTENT AND CONSENT

We, JOSEPHINE NAVARRO, of legal age, Filipino, and presently residing at Unit 2
Brgy. Mayamot, Antipolo City and EZEKIEL LINGAD, of legal age, and presently
residing at____________, Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state, That:

1. We are the legitimate parents of JOSEPH NAVARRO who was born on

____________in___________ Philippines. A copy of his Certificate of Live
Birth is attached as Annex “A” and made integral part hereof.

2. We have not, at any time abandoned said minor child.

3. Due to our present situation in life, as we both have our own respective
partners in life, have our own children with our present partners, and do not
have permanent work, we are unable to support said child and that believing
that it would be for his own interest and benefit, we, hereby signify our written
intent, freely and voluntarily to have our son, JOSEPH NAVARRO be
adopted.

4. We also signify our written consent, freely, willingly and voluntarily to have our
son, JOSEPH NAVARRO, be legally adopted by CRISTINA I. COX, of legal
age, widow, and presently residing at ________________, Philippines, in
accordance with law.

5. We are ready and willing, freely and voluntarily to abdicate our parental

authority over said child in favor of CRISTINA KOX who is _____ years of
age, and who possessed of the necessary civil and legal rights as well as the
financial capacity to raise, rear and support said child, after the adoption
proceeding had been instituted and an order of adoption be issued.

6. We voluntarily and freely give the custody and care of our son to CRISTINA
KOX, the sister of EZEKIEL LINGAD (father of Joseph Ian Navarro Inoy), who
is the prospective adopting parent while the adoption process is being worked
out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. CRISTINA
I. COX, from the time JOSEPH NAVARRO was born, is the one who took
care, reared, and provided JOSEPH NAVARRO with the love and care of a
mother, sent JOSEPH NAVARRO to school and gave him the things that he
needs, including guidance, finances, and many more.

7. We execute this affidavit to declare our intention and consent to the adoption

of our son, JOSEPH NAVARRO as well as to the truth of the foregoing facts.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this ___ day of
November at ___________, Philippines.
