“A typical student's view of intensive English and its facilitator”

English is a language that almost every person strives to learn; it is a truly international language
and an extremely useful communications tool. While learning grammar and vocabulary is important, if
you want to make your voice heard, you'll need to know how to speak clearly, and that means learning
pronunciation. And you need a good teacher to be able to maximize your learning skills. Today, I will try
to evaluate our facilitator in the intensive English subject.

Every teacher undergoes learning stages; they learn and improve so they can achieve where they
are now. Our facilitator, Mr. Dexter Adriatico, who is our facilitator in our intensive English subject, is a
good facilitator who ensures we understand the lessons by giving us easy-to-understand lecturers and
by giving us a wide variety of activities, whether they’re easy or hard. He also uses up-to-date
knowledge when teaching us. And his teaching methods allow us to maximize our learning capabilities.
He also made sure that we were confident enough to ask questions about the lessons we didn’t
understand. And some time, encourage students to not just rely on the example on the handout but find
other examples in other documents or files related to our lessons. He also improves our self-confidence
by showing appreciation for our works and activities. And he is also easy to get along with, and he also
answers our questions about lessons even though it’s not yet his official time with us. I, as one of the
students who doesn’t much excel in English, find it comfortable to learn because every lesson is easy to
understand and he demonstrates mastery on this subject.

Overall, Mr. Adriatico is a good facilitator who demonstrates mastery in his field. He is also like
our second father, who teaches a lot of useful things in our lives, and I think it’s up to him now if he still
wants to improve, because as of now he is already a good facilitator.
