College students not being mandated to be vaccinated will benefit in numerous ways, including
a decrease in mortality rates and the avoidance of severe or ongoing headaches, blurred vision,
shortness of breath, chest pain, and leg swelling. Students with health difficulties may find this to be
alarming. The risk of this vaccination for students with health difficulties is that it can make their illness
worse.

And of course, the psychological aspect, which is that fear of other individuals will persist as a
result of previous unsuccessful vaccination attempts. How could you persuade a person that is been
already experienced vaccine-related trauma? Additionally, according to Vice President Sara Duterte, the
country's schools have already been ordered to resume face-to-face instruction. "There should be no
segregation and discrimination for the unvaccinated learners because our vaccination program is not
mandatory, and we don't see any problem with co-mingling inside schools," she said in an ambush
interview on July 14.

Vice President Duterte says physical distancing will be implemented whenever possible, but the
government would build more classrooms to accommodate this and avoid overcrowded classrooms. The
main point of this speech is that you shouldn't force people into doing things they don't want to,
especially when it comes to their health because to them the vaccine won't provide long-term
protection for their body and health against COVID-19.
