1. Can you guess what application software are these pictures? Their versions?

Both of them are Microsoft Word or also known as Ms Word software application in different version.
The first is a Ms Word 2013 the most current version of Office 2013 is 15.0. 5493.1000 and the second Ms
Word 2019 is a version 16.0 of Microsoft Office for both Windows and Mac.

2. What environment is this? Version/year?

It is a Microsoft Word 2016 environment version 16.0 It was unveiled on April 27, 2018 for Windows 10 and June 12, 2018
for macOs and launched on September 24, 2018.

3. How about this one? What version? What application software is

seen in the picture?

This is a Microsft Word 2013 version 15.0. 5493.1000. Microsoft released Office 2013 to general availability on
January 29, 2013.

Analysis 2.1

1. Write your ideas/thoughts about the different versions of a certain word

processing application.
Word 2013 is an outdated edition compared to Word 2019, and even if they both operate
or work the same, Word 2019 has some advantages thanks to its upgraded capabilities.

2. Differentiate two kinds of word processing application software.

A word processing program called Word 2013 lets you generate a wide range of
documents, including letters, brochures, and reports. In the Microsoft Office Suite, Word
2019 is a word processing program. With the help of several themes, visual designs,
formatting tools, sharing facilities, and other features, Word makes it simple to generate
documents with a professional appearance.

3. What word processing application did you usually use in making a document?
How was the experience/result?
I use Word 2013 to complete my tasks and create my documents, so using it is not awful.
Word makes it easier to plan out and create things quickly. Nevertheless, there have been
times when I haven't updated to the latest versions of the tools that I use.
