Sub: To compensate the increased rates of royalty and District Mineral Foundation Charges of Royalties of Minerals.

Respected Sir,
In connection of the above work, we have already mentioned about the increase in the rates of Royalty of Minerals in the
above-mentioned ref letter no. by concerned department by Rs 200 per brass and we have also mentioned that as per
Contract Provision (G.C.C. 13.7 Adjustment for Changes in Legislation pg. no. 228) the difference in charges should be paid
to us. We have also asked to compensate the DMF charges we are paying extra on royalty.
The details of the charges we are paying is mentioned below and getting by the department is mentioned below:
