The attention of the Superintending Engineers (R&B) Circle, Nellore and

Visakhapatnam is invited to the reference cited wherein it was requested to submit proposals
for Road Safety Works duly approved by District Road Safety Committee (DRSC). But, in
spite of repeated instructions proposals are not submitted till today and abnormally delayed.
For want of particulars from these two districts, this office is not in a position to submit

comprehensive proposals to Government. Govemment have taken serious view on this delay.

Hence, the Superintending Engineers (R&B) Circle Nellore and Visakhapatnam are
requested to furnish the proposals by 11.02.2021 duly signed by the respective Collectors,
without fail. Further any delay in this regard will be viewed seriously and the matter will be
reported to the Government.
