4) Ensure LPT kit is in valid date.

5) Ensure the testing person is knoweldge of handling LPT kit 1) Ensure the grinder is gouging in marked area
and procedure for testing LPT 2) Ensure the Welder is using correct welding parameters
3) Ensure before welding in gouging area developer (white contrast) has
removed properly.
