We are a design driven company that curates
and creatses boutique, atmospheric and
uniquely designed homes.
Our sites will be in exotic locations that
are sites within forests, mountains and
landscapes within India like Goa, Niligiris
and the Himalayas.
We see ourselves as curators rather than

A lush green landscape edges the golden

coastline, which overlooks the scintillating
seas in the beach capital of India. Although
the smallest state in the country, Goa is one
of the nation’s biggest tourist destinations.

Think of Goa, and think of a coastal retreat

with sights of gleaming sands and azure

paddy fields and serene backwaters in the

Sweeping out of the sloping site, the Flow Villas are
rendered in shades of the earth and its surrounding
green landscape.

The site of the Flow Villas creates a bridge between

community, culture and context by placing street
facing cafe,a hydroponic farm for residences one
side as well as the communal resources like security,
laundry and housekeeping on the other.
