in accordance with his ethics (Beauchamp & childress,2013).
Second, justice refers to a person's fundamental right to receive all medical resources or an instant
health remedy in order to enhance their health. Justice, according to Beauchamp and Childress, also
means respecting other moral rights. Acceptable legislation must be taken into account. The
physician's primary responsibility is to improve the health of patients by providing them with the
necessary resources to improve their health.
Finally, beneficence is a vital principle for any healthcare provider that wants to deliver the greatest
and most dependable services to their patients. According to Thomas Cormick(2013), there was a
criterion that was put forward: the action taken must be correct, only good consequences should be
intended, negative effects should be avoided, and good effects must outweigh bad effects.

These four principles are still considering most importance one in medical fields and its practices in
these fields can brought moral changes and established intention of principalism as a moral theory
status.
