GRILLED SALMON

Ingredients

1 ½ pounds salmon filets

lemon pepper to taste

garlic powder to taste

salt to taste

⅓ cup soy sauce

⅓ cup brown sugar

⅓ cup water

¼ cup vegetable oil

Directions

● Season salmon filets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.

● In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, a spoonful of brown sugar, water, and
vegetable oil until sugar is dissolved. Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag with
the soy sauce mixture, seal, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

● Preheat the grill for medium heat.

● Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill, and discard marinade.
Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

● Serve and enjoy it !

Ingredients

2 cups chopped tomatoes about 1/2 inch (any type of tomatoes you like)
2 ripe avocados cubed
1/4 small red onion sliced
1/4 cup minced corianders
Juice of 1 lime
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
● In a large salad bowl, place the tomatoes, avocado, and corianders.
● Drizzle with at least two spoonfuls of olive oil, lime juice, and a tin of salt & pepper to
taste. Gently toss.
● Serve immediately in a big bowl of glass or cover with plastic wrap in the fridge for up
to 2 hours.
