Potrebno:

- 500 g kora za pitu


- 4 jajeta
- 100 g kajmaka
- 300 g mladog sira

- 180 ml ulja
- 180 ml jogurta
- 4 kašike brašna
- 1 prašak za pecivo

Za premazivanje:

- jaje
- susam

Belanca izmiksati, dodati ulje, jogurt i brašno prethodno sjedinjeno sa praškom za pecivo.

Svaku koru premazati ovom smesom i slagati jednu na drugu.

Na poslednju koru staviti fil koji smo prethodno spremili tako što smo izmiksali sir, kajmak i žumanca. Po potrebi posolite. Uviti
pitu i prebaciti je na pleh.

Koru premazati  jajetom i posuti susamom.

Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C 25-30 minuta.
