※Note: 1. SC2000_V1.0.3 92.8 CNC software is officially launched.


Currently, all MCC3721NC boards and MCC3721H integrated boards with
SC2000 logo are supported. If you used the program of SC1000 before,
you cannot use this program to upgrade, you can download
SC1000V1.0.108SP2 software on the official website of Au3tech.

Preparation before update:


1、 Open the existing SC2000 program, export and save the system
parameters to avoid parameter loss, and the existing program can be
deleted after saving.
2、 Download the latest program SC2000_V1.0.3 92.8 from Au3tech's
website https://www.au3laser.com/software-download, and unzip it
for backup.
3、 If you have any questions or other abnormal problems, please call
our technical/service personnel.

Start the update:


4、 Open SC2000_V1.0.3 92.8 and start MainApp.exe.

5、 The software will automatically detect the hardware program of the


board and automatically prompt the hardware upgrade.

Click OK, wait for the hardware upgrade to complete, and restart
the software.
After the software restarts, it will continue to prompt "The
version of the FTC is too low to be processed normally. After
clicking OK, the hardware will be automatically upgraded." Click
"OK" as prompted to upgrade the program of the FTC

If the cutting machine is equipped with an electric cutting head


or extended card, the software will continue to prompt for an
upgrade. The user clicks "OK" as prompted.
6、 Open the software Start---About, you can view the corresponding
version information and confirm that the upgrade is complete.
If the customer uses the MCC3721NC card, the corresponding hardware
version number is: 56091
If the customer uses the MCC3721H card, the corresponding hardware
version number is: 36091

7、 Processing can be started after all prompts and alarms are cleared.

1. Description of the updated content:


1. Add the left coordinate of X and the right coordinate of X for cutting the
sheet. This parameter is the absolute coordinate value of the X axis and needs
to be manually input by the user. Among them, the coordinate area on the left
side of X and the right side of X is the normal follow cut, and the edge
detection cut area only follows upward, as shown in the figure. (Note: The two
X-axis coordinates need to be correctly set in the board according to the
actual situation, and the difference between the two must be less than the
width of the board, otherwise it may cause the infinite coil to be cut off
abnormally.)

2. Change the related parameters of "cutting plate speed",


"cutting-edge detection time", "cutting-edge detection
tolerance", and "Z lift height after cutting" from "Advanced--
--Unlimited coil material" is migrated to the "Start----Start
cutting" drop-down menu bar, and these parameters can be
modified when using infinite coil material to cut, as shown in
the figure. (Note: The smaller the value of "Cut Out Edge
Detection Time" and "Cut Out Edge Detection Tolerance" , the
more accurate the edge detection is, but the more prone to
false detection of the edge, the user should modify it
carefully according to the actual usage.)

3. Added batch film removal function. Users can change the number
of batch film removal contours according to actual needs. After
film cutting is enabled, batch film removal will be completed
first and then the sheet will be cut.

4. The serial number display of the layout parts library is added,


and the user can find the corresponding graphics according to the
serial number.

2. Appendix 1: SC2000_V1.0.3 91 update content

1、 Description of the updated content:


1) Added automatic cutting and automatic adding micro-connection
functions for unlimit roll sheet. The user can independently set
the width and cutting positions of the plate, and the system
will automatically find the edge and cut the plate according to
the set parameters; after enabling the option of "Auto micro-
Link after load graphic", the system will import the processing
according to the parameters of "Graphic Design--Auto Micro-link" .
The file automatically adds micro-connection points.

2) Added planned count and processed count functions for unlimit


roll sheet. The user can independently set the planned processing
quantity and the completed processing quantity of the file. When
the processed quantity reaches the planned quantity, the system
will skip the file and automatically process the next processing
file.

3) Added the cut-off function. The system will perform edge-


seeking and cutting according to the set sheet width parameters ,
which is convenient for users to cut and blank the entire roll
of material.

4) Added air pressure alarm function. When the configured gas


input port signal is triggered, the software will give an air
pressure alarm prompt and suspend processing to prevent the air
pressure from being too low or not blowing air, resulting in
poor processing results and damage to the cutting head.

5) Added default dual find home option. When this parameter is


enabled, the default of the system return to original is to
return to original in the way of gantry return to original; you
can select "X YZ axis synchronization return to original" in the
"Start - return to original point" drop-down option, which is
normal return to original.

6) The fourth-axis control function of electric focusing has been


added. After this function is enabled, the software can support
third-party electric focusing cutting heads (pulse + direction
control). (Note: Th function is only applicable to MCC3721NC-A
control card and MCC3723 + MCC3710-A solutions)

3. Appendix 3 : Description of SC2000_V1.0.369SP1 update

completed, the following three states are provided: 1. Do not

disable it. (Note: When this function is enabled, the cutting

6、Select the processing function, and now supports two working


modes: floating and workpiece, to meet the needs of different
scenarios, users can set in parameter configuration - debugging
parameters.
The picture below shows the effect of the two modes. The red X
represents the parking position of the cutting head after the
selected graphics are processed.
