I am a global teacher- A teacher is set up to serve as a thinking tool in the process of increasing
awareness of global shared concerns and at the same time understanding the impact of local
traditions and engaging learners in learning about the world. Education and teaching need to
learn pupils and society to deal with future challenges, The challenges faced today are both
global and local “glocal” We need to go with the trend in the system of teaching and that were
also the needs of the learners to gain knowledge and grow as an individual.

B.There were a lot of challenges in the classroom.

1. classroom management-On the first day of classes ill gave them rules that they need to follow and ill
make sure that until the end of the school year the rules were firm.

-I’ll always listen to my learners when they call my attention so that I can attend to their needs.

-Stay calm and I always treat them as my kids.

2. Absenteeism – some pupils fail to attend school regularly and it affects their performance in school. If
this happens ill made different ways to find out why. I Chat, texted, and call the attention of parents and
guardians if it was not effective. I’ll do a home visitation to find out why they were not attending school
and convince them to continue their studies of learning.

3. Learners with Low Understanding- I’ll make or give interventions in the areas of learning where the
pupils are weak. e.g. writing skills, reading skills, or counting.

1. c. local knowledge, values tradition, culture, 21st-century skills, international developments- all of
these were needed or applicable in teaching nowadays. You need to adopt what is trending and
effective in teaching and most of the time that was the system that we need to follow.

2. Think Globally and Act Locally in my classroom- global education helps students to develop skills,
attitudes, and values so that teacher helps them to equip about learning the world and making
difference in it. Teach them to study the past to change the future.
