Venue: HMT sports club, HMT colony, Jalahalli.

The students are expected to strictly adhere to the guidelines given below.

➢ Students selected for band are expected to carry the t-shirt issued by the school

➢ Students selected for pyramid and dance drama should come in the t-shirt
issued by the school for Sports Day and school PE uniform track pant. Clean

Note:

1. There shall be no school bus facility on 24.12.2022.

2. Parents are requested to drop their ward/s at the venue latest by 8am, failing which the student may not be

able to perform in the selected events.

3. Parents are requested to pick back their ward/s from the venue between 12:30 pm to 1pm.

4. Snacks shall be provided to the students. Incase if needed, snacks may be carried by the students too.

5. Students are expected to carry a water bottle and a napkin.

6. Students shall be dispersed only at the completion of the event. Early departures are strictly not

allowed.

7. Students are expected to have breakfast at home before arriving at the venue.

8. An athletic event has been planned for the parents. We request the parents interested in participating

to dress as per the requirement.

* We request all the parents to be present through out the event to cheer and celebrate all our budding

sports stars.
