Key / Breakage Deposit and Inventory
• A key and breakage deposit is/may be payable upon arrival per unit (“deposit”).
• Units will be inspected on or after departure as per Resort protocol and any damage or loss of inventory items including the unit keys will be deducted from the deposit. In the event that
the damage or loss exceeds the deposit amount, the balance will be immediately payable on demand. Signature
• The deposit, or balance thereof, if applicable, will be refunded in cash after inspection of the unit in the event that the deposit was received in cash. If the deposit was received via card
and/or the inspection takes place after departure, the deposit will be refunded via EFT into your nominated bank account within a period of 14 (Fourteen) days from date of departure.
• Please ensure that you provide correct bank account details, as this could delay the refund process.

RESORT INDEMNITY
Please read and consider the content of this indemnity form (Acceptance of Risk). The Consumer Protection Act requires us to bring certain aspects to your attention.
All adults must sign the form on their own behalf; your signature confirms that you understand and accept the risks associated with your stay. Adults are jointly and severally responsible for the conduct
and safety of minors or persons with impaired ability of whatever nature in their company and accept full responsibility for them. Your signature next to a minor’s name indicates your indemnification of the
parties in clause 4 below on behalf of the minors. Please let us know should you need any clarification before you sign the form.

Our friendly staff at the Resort Property reception is available to assist with any queries during your stay. You can contact us on +27 (0) 13 793 9300 during office hours if you wish to speak to us prior to
check-in.

I/WE, THE SIGNATORIES HERETO (“We” or “Us”) CONFIRM THAT:

1.We are fully capable in the English language and have read and understood the contents of this document.
2.We accept that there might be risks associated with our stay at the Resort Property that may include, but not be limited to, the presence of wild animals, reptiles, birds, monkeys or baboons, insects, and
so forth (“wildlife”) and risks associated with the facilities of, and activities offered at the Resort Property which we understand. Information can be found in correspondence sent to us, and we confirm
that we have familiarised ourselves or that we can familiarise ourselves at https://www.ngwenya.co.za/.
3.We accept and understand that entry to and traversing on the Resort Property, and the use of or participation in any of the accommodation, facilities or activities is offered at our risk and where we
have minors or mentally/physically impaired persons in our party, accept responsibility for them and the risk on their behalf.
4.By affecting our signatures hereto, We indemnify and hold the Resort Property and its agents, operators, suppliers, executive and operational management, employees, shareholders and the game
owners (if applicable) (the “Resort”) harmless in respect of legal liability for injuries, damage suffered by Us (whether monetary or otherwise) or additional expenditure due to any cause whatsoever,
including but not limited to accidents, harm, trauma, death, delay, inconvenience, damage caused by animals, exposure to disease including Covid-19 etc. or any act, omission, default or negligence by
the Resort.
5.We have read and understand the Share Block House Rules and Noise Level Notice and agree to adhere thereto.

NOISE LEVEL NOTICE

DEAR VALUED GUEST,

THE RESORT OPERATES IN A TRANQUIL AND PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE AND YOU ARE EXPECTED TO ACT IN A TRANQUIL AND PEACEFUL MANNER SO THAT ALL PERSONS, INCLUDING
YOURSELF CAN ENJOY THE RESORT AND ITS FACILITIES.

By entering the Resort, you understand, agree to, and confirm you have read this noise level notice with its rules and the enforcement thereof that applies while you are on the Resort:

1. NOISE
1.1. No person may make, produce, or cause a disturbing noise, or allow it to be made, produced, or caused by any person, machine, device or apparatus or any combination thereof.
1.2. No person shall operate or play, or allow to be operated or played, a radio, television set, drum, musical instrument, sound amplifier, loudspeaker system or similar device
producing, reproducing, or amplifying sound so as to cause a noise nuisance. This includes sound systems in vehicles.
1.3. No person shall operate a vehicle if this may cause a noise nuisance (this includes all motorized equipment).

2. ENFORCEMENT
2.1. Noise – Depending on the circumstances:
2.1.1. Management / Security of the Resort shall request you to immediately stop any disturbing noise or noise nuisance, that they in their sole discretion determine to be a
disturbing noise or noise nuisance; and / or
2.1.2. Should you refuse and/or abuse Management / Security, law enforcement shall be contacted, and you shall be removed from the Resort; and / or
2.1.3. Management reserves the right to, without a prior warning, contact law enforcement immediately.

3. RIGHT OF ADMISSION
3.1. The Resort reserves the right of admission and the right to revoke such admission. In the case your admission is revoked, and you are asked to leave, and you do not leave, you
shall be trespassing, and the Resort reserves the right to call law enforcement / security to remove you from the premises.
