About me
Hi! I’m Olga and illustrator from Spain. Some
of you may already know me, but if you don’t
you should know that I love drawing cute
animals, coffee shop aesthetics and making
illustrations tutorials. Which you can find on
my Gumroad. Also, if you are curious about
my work you can find me on Instagram.
I’ve been selling my own merchandising
for some time now and I tried quite a few
manufacturers, some with more luck than
others.
I know how hard is to invest part of your
money without knowing how the outcome
will be, especially if you are starting.
Since each of us has to start somewhere, here
is my list of my most used manufacturers
that I’m still using on my products.
I also will attach some of the referrals I have,
so we can both get something from this.

1. Online stores
1.1 Bigcartel
I used to have my store on Etsy, but my
products didn’t get featured on their front
page and the fees where too high to be
worth it. So, I moved to Bigcartel where I
pay $10 every month and I can have up to
50 products. It works like your own private
online shop, it doesn’t have a shared market
between all the shops.
Pros
• You can sell a lot and keep paying the
same amount each month since it’s a
fixed price.
• You can make a small shop for free
with 5 products.
• Make your own custom theme or use
the ones that they provide.
Cons
• If you don’t have a fixed price for
shipping it could be a bit tricky to use.
• If you don’t know anything about CSS
or html it will be hard to customize.

2. Vinyl Stickers
2.1 StickerApp
StickerApp is always my first option, is the
most affordable place to make high quality
stickers that I’ve found.
Pros
• Lots of different materials.
• Free shipping for USA and EU.
• Starting at $21.
Cons
• Outside the USA and EU there is a
charge for shipping (New Zealand and
Australia is a $5 additional charge).
They make 20% discounts from time to
time. If you want to be sure to catch them,
you can follow them on their social media,
although I usually end up subscribing to the
newsletter.
If you are looking for a provider for
different sticker finishes, this is the one. The
holographic and matte ones are amaaazing!

2.2 StickerMule
Great sticker providers, the quality is
amazing and their default vinyl is thick and
slightly matte. The best one I’ve found so
far.
Pros
• Free shipping.
• Great thickness and quality.
Cons
• The holographic sticker doesn’t use a
white base, so the drawing won’t show
up that well. I don’t recommend it.
• A bit pricey.
They do discounts every month is you
wanna try them, but if you don’t want to

3. Sticker sheets
3.1 Zapcreatives
I have used Zapcreatives for some time and
the product I really like from them is the
sticker sheets.
Pros
• Ecofriendly packaging.
• Choose between regular vinyl or Eco
paper sticker.
• Great printing quality.
• Free shipping
Cons
• The turnaround can take up to a
month, so make sure you make the
order with enough time in advance.

4. Button badges
4.1 StickerMule
I have only ordered button pins once, so I
don’t have much experience with it, but
so far they came out pretty decent, not all
the buttons where horizontally alighted
though.

5. Acrylic pins
I’m still looking for the perfect one, but this
two are decent for now.
5.1 Zapcreatives
I have used Zapcreatives for some time and
the product I really like from them is the
sticker sheets.
Pros
• Ecofriendly packaging.
• Recycled acrylic material.
• Free shipping.
Cons
• The printing quality is not horrible,
but it could be better.
5.2 Stickermule
I’ve just tried one of their offers, it came
out pretty good, although the glue on the
back post, is not the hardest one. One of
them came out while taking the pin out of
my bag... So, this one is on the fence.

6. Enamel pins
6.1 Alibaba
This one is the best I’ve found so far, the
50 pins I ordered came out almost without
flaws. I couldn’t be happier.
The supplier is a bit pricey, compared to
some others, but the quality of the enamel,
back stamp and screen printing is on point
and the customer service was great.

7. Acrylic Keychains
7.1 Zapcreatives
If you are looking for a more eco-friendly
option, their charms are made of 100%
recycled acrylic. Although the print is not
the best one and they don’t do double-sided
acrylic, nor epoxi layers to protect outside
the charm.
7.2 Alibaba
They have almost every option available in
terms of finishes and attachments. The end
results are pretty good.
However, if you want it even better, ask for
epoxi finish it will look great.

8. Washi tapes
8.1 Alibaba
For some reason I didn’t expect to nail the
product on the first time, but it came out
really well. The washi is sticky, but doesn’t
leave any traces and the colors are great. It
also comes on it’s own wrapping which you
can custumize.
Have in mind that washi tape is always a
bit translucent. So if you need a solid color
if you use a light one it won’t came out as
expected.

9. Pencil case
9.1 Alibaba
It’s a really simple pencil case, it doesn’t
have any zipper customization or an inside
lining. However, for the price point is pretty
decent.
Bear in mind that if you use really bright
colours it will came out way too saturated
(for my own taste).

10. Stationery: postcards, 11.2 Customizing your packaging

10.1 Pixartprinting (Europe)
Pixartprinting is an European print service
that makes a wide amount of products. I
use it for printing:
• Postcards: they have wide catalog of
papers I only used the default ones
and are pretty decent.
• Bussiness cards: I also use them as
a back-card for pins. The type of
printing and paper is the same as the
postcards.
• Glued notepads: are well printed and
glued on one side with cardboard on
the back.
11. Other resources
11.1 All-in-one manufacturer
I personally haven’t tried them, but I know
many artists that use their services for
almost everything. They have the most
diverse products, so if you are searching
for all-in-one manufacturer, these are great
options.
There’s a ton of things you can do to make
the unboxing experience much better. You
can add free goodies or customize your
boxes, envelopes, etc.
I personally like to give a personal touch,
doodleling a note and adding postcards or
stickers.
However, I used custom tissue paper since
it was given to me by Noissue as part of a
collaboration. The quality and printing are
really good but it’s quite pricey.
11.3 Local
I try to do as many things as I can from
my local stores, but it’s hard to find good
price/quality stuff. So, unfortunately I can’t
provide you with a source for them.
