Oliver Twist
Oliver twist, this film is telling the story of a boy who was nine years old, entered the
orphanage. Once time, oliver's fateful journey took him to sowerbeery family that made the
coffin. Oliver's survival in there was strictly survival. There, he lies in bed, lying in a poor coffin,
eating leftover food. But oliver had no chance to complain. Oliver's living destiny rests in the
turmoil of London's suburbs. An age in which social class distinctions were felt. Oliver stood by
and forgave his fate. Unfortunately, the way that family treats oliver, it doesn't change the way it
did to a slave. He was left with nothing but leftovers. Still, oliver never complained. Diligently,
the boy helps the host family. Until one day, oliver got really mad. The boy was angry when his
mother was accused of being a criminal. He went on a rampage and beat the son of his adopted
family. Oliver was punished by being beaten. Not happy about the punishment, he ran away.
Carrying a meager supply, oliver walked and walked. It made up her mind to reach London. Day
and night, it rained hot in the rain. Until finally, he ran out of supplies. Whenever he knocked at
a door for help, he was soon expelled. Until finally, he fell in the middle of the road because of
the famine. Fortunately, an elderly grandmother rescued her.
After walking for seven days and seven nights, oliver reached London. A city that’s
actually dangerous for a boy his age. As hunger arrives, there comes the artful dodger offering
assistance. It was from here that he got to know a pickpocket group Fagin as the leader and a
sadistic criminal named Bill Sikes. Fagin taught him how to do a pick pockets. Until one day,
oliver was assigned to pick pockets with his two friends. Consequently, the actions of his two
companions who were taking the pick are known. Oliver panicked. He ran too. Most of the city
is chasing him. Oliver got captured. Fortunately, the shopkeeper who knew of the theft stood up
for oliver in the current trial. In his weakened and unconscious state, oliver was rescued by Mr.
Brownlow. Oliver life is starting to change for the better. Although on the movie trip oliver was
again kidnapped by two fagin collaborators, a whore named Nancy and a Bill Sikes the killer.
When it arrived at the Fagin house, Oliver was locked up in a very small room, until Sikes took
him to Mr. Brownlow house at night. But the robbery was recognized by Mr Brownlow, Mr
Brownlow immediately fired but the sad experience is happening again, Oliver was hit with the
shot that left him injured in the hand. So that no one would know that the robber ran off with
Oliver to his house. In Oliver pain, there was also someone who helped him get out of his
problem. That person was Nancy. Nancy took pity on oliver life, and finally she went to talk to
Mr Brownlow about him. In view of Nancy’s recent unfriendly manner with the robber’s head,
the robber’s head was sending Noah Calypole to follow her wherever she went. Nancy’s meeting
was informed by Fagin and told that Nancy had secretly gone to Mr Brownlow to inform him of
oliver’s whereabouts. At that, bill sikes rushed to his house, unable to contain his emotions
against Nancy, so Bill sikes killed her instantly.
 The existence of Nancy turned out to be very meaningful to Oliver, eventually Mr.
Brownlow reported this issue to the security party and they tried to find out where the robbers
were. The end of the Oliver Twist movie turned out to bring happiness. Oliver was found to be
found by Mr. Brownlow and used as a lift, while the robbers were included in the prison. Bill
Sikes depends on the rope when trying to escape from the security of the security officer. When
held the day to hanging haunting, Oliver along with Mr Brownlow visited the head of the robber
(Fagin) in jail, the Fagin called Oliver and said that all the robust treasures that were in the fuss
belonging to Oliver. Finally the Oliver managed to defeat the cruel world at the time of patience.
The Oliver Twist film depicts a persistent struggle of an orphaned man who executed
from the downturn, against the ego of society that developed due to the developing industry
revolution in England. In addition to the main theme, there are also themes that are spotlight
among the legal stories for the poor, the system of justice, poverty, crime, prostitution, economic
gap, but the whole is an complement when Oliver symbolizes the good while the surrounding
environment does not deserve the symbols. The oliver story theme is that kindness always wins
and justice justice will come to anyone who does not apply either.
