Respected Sir,

It is to bring to your kind notice that I have inspected the PMGSY bridge at Lohardaga District of Jharkhand
State from 20-12-2022 to 23-12-2022 in compliance of instructions issued vide your above letter under reference.

I convened the meeting of 24-12-2022 with PIUS and their team of Engineers etc. to discuss detailed observation
of the inspections and other issues related to bridge construction on the inspections carried out from 20-12-
2022, 21-12-2022, 22-12-2022

The details of bridge inspected, minutes of meeting and photographs are enclosed herewith. All the inspection
reports also been uploaded in OMMAS.
