framework of Erasmus+, are required to apply to the Erasmus Coordinator in their home institution.

APPLICATION PROCCESS

Option B: by email of your institution Eramus Coordinator

• 1: Your home institution must approve your nomination

• 2: Fill out and send to Erasmus coordinator the required documents:
- Student Application Form
- Learning Agreement
- Transcript of Records
- Letter of motivation
- Brief Curriculum Vitae
- YouTube link with the recording (with no expiry date).
Depending on the specialty:
§ Performance and pedagogy candidates: recording of around 20 minutes and three or four
pieces of different styles.
§ Composition candidates: link with video score of three compositions or three scores in
PDF, including sound recordings.
• 3: Submit the documents to your Erasmus Coordinator in your home institution. All application
forms must be signed and stamped by your Erasmus Coordinator.
• 4: Your application will be passed to relevant department.
• 5: Erasmus Coordinator of your institution will be notified of the result.

The Erasmus Coordinator have to send these documents by email to:

erasmus@conservatoriosuperiorgranada.com

Once our Institution has received the required documents, they will be forwarded to the
correspondent department for preselecting purpose. Whether the student has been selected or not,
the Erasmus Coordinator will inform the student and his/her Erasmus coordinator by email.

Acceptance of Erasmus exchange students is only possible if extra student places are available after
regular applications in the same discipline have been considered.

DEADLINE:
• 1st May in the case of the first semester or whole academic year mobility.
• 30th October in the case of the second semester mobility.
The whole year applications will have priority in the selection process.

ACADEMIC YEAR DATES:

• FIRST SEMESTER: From the first week of October to the first week of February.
• SECOND SEMESTER: From the second week of February to the first week of June.
