Notice to the Supreme Court of the United States and the Office of the Solicitor General of the
United States, (the “OSG”), regarding the Office of the U.S. Attorney (SDNY), (the “USAO”), Andre
Damian Williams, Jr., et al.,1 (I) fraud on federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the
United States in Ware v. USA, 10-6449 (2010); (II) criminal prosecutorial misconduct—the
willful, deliberate, intentional, and in bad faith civil and criminal contempt, 18 USC 401(2),
401(3), of two Brady Court Orders, Dkt. 17 (05cr1115)(SDNY) and Dkt. 32 (04cr1224)(SDNY); and
notice of (III) criminal judicial misconduct,2 18 USC 2, 241, 242, 371, 1519, and 2071--the willful
and intentional theft, concealment, suppression, and removal, 18 USC 2071, of the alleged
September 22, 2006, Rule 11 perjury proceedings, judicial public records, of the government’s
“principal witness” in 05cr1115 (SDNY) a person the government claimed, without any
identification proof in the record, was the person known as “Jeremy Jones,” (the “Stolen Judicial
Public Records”).

According to the District Court (SDNY) Records Department on October 7, 2022, “ … we

do not have any USSG 5k.1 Rule 11 plea agreement of Jeremy Jones … we have no record of that

document … if it exists the judge, Judge Ramos would have it in his Chambers … Judge Ramos

has it in his Chambers you will have to contact Judge Ramos to get the document, we don’t

have it here … Judge Ramos knows that he was required to forward all documents to us … I

don’t know why he would keep records in his Chambers, that is very irregular … I have never

seen that before ….” (paraphrased) (emphasis added).

Why would “Judge Ramos” steal, suppress, conceal, and remove from the District Court’s

Records Department the alleged September 22, 2006, USSG 5k.1 Rule 11 perjury contract of its

“principal witness," Jeremy Jones if everything was proper regarding the USSG 5k.1 plea

contract? Judge Ramos’ theft, removal, suppression, and concealment of the alleged USSG 5k.1

Rule 11 perjury contract constitutes an ongoing violation of 18 USC 1519 and 18 USC 2071.3

Ramos will be impeached and prosecuted for his crimes and sued civilly for damages estimated

in the billions of dollars.

18 USC 2071 (a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or
attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper,
document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any
public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned
not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing,
willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under
this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding
any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by
any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

Why are Merrick B. Garland, Lisa Monaco, Vanita Gupta, and Andre Damian Williams, Jr.

continuing to hide, suppress, and conceal judicial public records associated with the alleged

September 22, 2006, purported Rule 11 USSG 5k.1 perjury proceedings of government’s

“principal witness" the person the government claimed was “Jeremy Jones,” if, in fact, Jeremy

Jones was the person who appeared in the magistrate court on September 22, 2006?

Why would the USAO (SDNY) disclose Gary Wang and Caroline Ellison’s USSG 5K.1

cooperation agreement, and not disclose Jeremy Jones’ USSG 5k.1 cooperation agreement?

Is it because the defendant in U.S. v. Ware, 05cr1115 (SDNY) was an African American

male? And the defendant in U.S. v. Beckman-Fried is a white male?

Is this the epitome of Jim Crow racial prosecutorial misconduct by the USAO (SDNY) and

Andre Damian Williams, Jr.?”

Was Andre Damian Williams, Jr. bribed and paid off to cover up and conceal Jeremy Jones’

USSG 5k.1 cooperation agreement?
