Dear Sir Hernandez and Sir Jose:

Greetings of Thomasian peace and love!

The Filipino Christmas culture is known to be the longest and merriest celebration of Jesus’ birth all around
the world. From the sharing of food and salu-salo to gatherings and family reunions, there is an undeniable
impact of the COVID-19 pandemic to the way we celebrate this season. Amidst all these, we remain joyful
and grateful as we bring our last hurrah, and hopefully, our last fully online gathering with fellow faculty
members this semester.

In line with this, the UST Faculty Association of Senior High School (FASHS) in collaboration with the
UST SHS Community Building and Formation (CBF) committee presents this year’s virtual faculty
Christmas gathering entitled: “HULING HIRIT! The 2022 UST SHS Faculty Christmas Celebration” to
be held online via Zoom, on the 19th of December, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

We strongly believe that music is both universal and uniting, and thus, we would like to ask if you can
submit any musical intermission number (either collaboratively or separately) so we can showcase them
on the said event. Both your musical talent and skills deserve to be appreciated and recognized, and your
participation will greatly contribute to this event’s success and fruition.

If willing to do an intermission number, please email us at kdalonday@ust.edu.ph to submit your video

of talent number on or before December 18, 2022. The content of the video ideally relates to Christmas
or Peace and Love, while the length shall not exceed 6 mins. Please see the tentative programme and event
details attached as annexes for your reference.
