1 Background: why are staff resisting the changes? IP 8
The staff are resistant to change because there is no plan for clear and December
consistent action, staff turnover, layoffs, compensation, applying to their
jobs, skill requirements without financial help from the company again,
change the administrative culture and new business applications, change
of habits, food and not knowing what to do because there is no
guidance, where it is going and what the company's strategy. The
Chinese say they feel displaced by the Australian administrators and say
they are losing their Chinese identity. The new managers only think
about getting results.
2 Practical action(s) that can be taken to improve the situation BB 5
When merging, there are important things that must be done to December
overcome resistance to the company's staffing change.
- Efficiently communicate. The management team has built trust; they
need to be honest and involve people in their communication activities.
But it's also important to listen to people.
- Clearly state the benefits of the merger. Employees should know why
change is needed so that it benefits the employee and the management
team wants.
- The participation of all company employees. Locate the people under
the merger and form working groups to lead the change process that can
deliver solutions to your needs themselves.

The company must maintain a clear business strategy, accompanied by a
vision, mission and achieved goals, fully disclosed to all employees.
Communication at all levels should be an effective and purposeful
activity.
In addition, there must be a policy for managing people with clearly
defined and guaranteed rights. Salary, training, awards, etc.
The company should promote teamwork and have values, ethics and
morals that support the relationship between them and each of its
employees.
As a result key management in the business, it is important to adhere to
them for the proper operation and maintenance of the company. But
the environment must constantly analyze and adjust these indicators.
