DEPENDENT VISA CHECKLIST


Documents Responsibilities
VISA request needs to be raised through the etravel Applicant
portal. Pls. ensure that you submit a copy of the auto
generated mail you would receive upon approval of
this request by your DU Lead.

Pls. note that PEOPLE MOBILITY will not accept


the documents without this request being approved
by the concerned approving manager.

Tour” > After completing all information, the option
“Visa” needs to be selected under the section Mode
of Request.
Original passport (should be valid for more than 6 Applicant
months or more) Attach the old passport along with
the new passport – if applicable, Also Two copies of
the entire passport. If 2 or more passport, then that also
has to be provided.
Printed and signed summary from online application. Online visa -Applicant to fill the visa
All applications must be lodged online – see application online, submit the application
https://www.visas.inis.gov.ie/avats/Default.htm and print the submitted form back to back
for details. and then to be signed as per signature in
passport.
Type of Visa: Long stay(D)
Journey Type: Single
Reason of Travel: a. Join family (Non-EEA
nat.) (spouse)
b. Join family (Non-EEA nat.) (Other)
Passport Type: National Passport

Three recent colour photos. For specifications please Applicant

35mm x 45mm, maximum size 38mm x 50mm
with a face view of 80% (should not be more than six
months old) with white background.
Original hand-written invite (Guarantee)letter from Applicant
primary applicant who is already in Ireland. (Stating Only applicable for dependents
the employee current status and also need to provide a (Spouse/Child) applying for visa.

If the dependent is applying for visa to join the Applicant
primary applicant who is already in Ireland, Copy of
the Letter of support issued in the Ireland letter head. Employee should submit the request to
Accenture Support Included in the request
should be:
Dependent’s passport details. Travel start
and end date
The Primary applicant’s passport details and
employment permit number and expiry date.
A clear legible copy of spouse’s / parent’s current Applicant
work permit, all previous work permits & P60 form,
GNIB registration card, and full passport including
Irish visa, immigration stamps, permission of stay
stamps etc.
Original marriage & birth certificate for each Applicant
dependent minor with (where appropriate) a notarized
English translation.
Most recent pay slips along with all P60s (Revenue Applicant
Tax form) issued whilst resident in Ireland.

Evidence that the spouse/parent has sufficient funds to


support you & other
Bank statements -last six months – 1 Original and one Applicant
copy. The B/S should have the name, address and
A/C number on the statement
Pay slips for last three months – 2 copies Applicant
Incase if you had prior visa rejection for any countries Applicant
then you must provide the visa refusal letter along with
hand written declaration letter stating the reason of
visa rejection(this letter should  be addressed to the
Irish Embassy)

Print out of the checklist for VAC Udaan POC will print
Letter on Behalf of person traveling Applicant - This would be similar to the
“Guarantee letter” in the checklist, which
was given on behalf of primary applicant. In
this the traveling applicant also needs to
specify all the people that he/she knows in
the country travelling to

Signature on the Guarantee letter Applicant - The letter from primary


applicant needs to be signed. Even a digital
signature works.

1. Visa checklist print out
2.       Passport copy first and last page
3.       E-Travel approval print out

Timelines
Visa Stamping: Visa Stamping to Ireland would roughly take about 7-10 working days.

PoC Details for document submission/collection and timings:

Document Submission*: 09:30 am to 12:30 pm (Excluding Accenture mandatory holidays)


Passport & any other documents collection: 04:00 pm to 05:00 pm
