 Lecture will be conducted by power point presentation and soft copy
of Lecture Notes will be made available
1. Quantity Surveying of a building Project with Engineering Estimate.
2. Comparison of Conditions of Contracts for Civil Engineering
Services and Works.
 Students should avail themselves for lectures on time.
 Assignments and semester projects shall be submitted on due
date. Assignments and projects turned in late will be docked 10%
for each day it is late past the original due date.
 Simply copying assignments from another student is not
acceptable and will not be tolerated.
 For assignments and projects guidelines should be strictly
followed. Any Assignments not complying with the professional
standard will not be graded.
 All students must take all exams and submit all assignments and
projects. Only extenuating circumstances will be accepted for
missing exams.
 Assignments & Semester Projects 30%
 Mid Exam 30%
 Final Exam 40%
Total 100%
A≥90, A- 85-89, B+ 80-84, B 75-79, B- 70-74, C+ 65-69,
