B< e-The material should conform to the Technical Specifications approved by JAKEDA as per the requirement of the NIT. The LI unit rate arrived through e-tendering & approved by JAKEDA for the capacity of 35KW Grid Tied —Hybrid SPP is Rs 29,85,112.00/-(Twenty Nine Lakh, Eighty Five Thousand, One Hundred and Twelve Only) inclusive of all Central/UT/local taxes, duties etc. as applicable under rules including freight, insurance, carriage etc. FOR site. 1 Security deposit (sd) / Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) (i) Your Firm needs to furnish a Security Deposit @ 3% (three percent) of the Contract Value/Projeet Cost within 14 days of receipt of LOA. This Performance security will be valid for a total period of 75 months (12 Months Project commissioning period + prescribed CMC Period, i.e. 60 Months + 03 Month additional) from the date of its issuance. The cost of Inspection shall be borne by the vendor only. (i) During site inspection by JAKEDA/ authorized representative, if the systems are found uninstalled and false report of installation and commissioning is submitted to JAKEDA for claiming payment, JAKEDA could forfeit entire performance guarantee amount up to n from 100% & terminate the contract and black list your participating in JAKEDA tenders for at least three years. 3. Material Inspection by JAKEDA or its representative (i) Shall be conducted when key project components including solar panels, solar inverters, battery cells and module mounting structure is delivered at site. During the material inspection, the design layouts submitted by the vendor shall also be reviewed. 4 Final Inspection Post-Commissioning: () The plant shall be tested for its functionality and performance, The vendor must ensure that all works are executed as per approved designs. 5 Scope of work and guidelines Scope of work is defined in three categories * Grid Connected Hybrid Ground Mounted Solar PV Power Plant © Electrical Works © Civil Works 5.1 Solar Plant ‘The work is to be carried out on “Turn Key Basis’ which includes survey of the site for its feasibility considering the shadow free space, sanctioned load of the beneficiary by the DISCOM, design, supply of grid connected ihybrid ground mounted solar photovoltaic system with all other accessories, equipment and protection devices and including bidirectional meter, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance services for 5 years, with free replacement warranty on spare parts against manufacturing defects for five years. The technical specifications for the various components and broad scope of work guidelines are as follows: a) The work covers Design, supply, installation, commissioning and Comprehensive Maintenance (CMC) for FIVE years, including supply, installation and commissioning of bidirectional meters as per concemed DISCOM norms. b) Design, supply, civil work, erection, testing and commissioning of SPV grid connected Power Plant as per schedule. ©) The test reports of key components such as Solar PV Modules, Solar Inverters, MMS (HDG & STAAD), Electrical Junction Boxes, Bidirectional Meter must be submitted by the bidder to JAKEDA before supply of material. 4) Your firm is required to get the design reviewed and material inspected before beginning the work at site. In case, the system installation has started without JAKEDA’s approval; in the event that at a later date upon conducting the inspection, JAKEDA recommends corrective measures as necessary, your firm shall have to execute the recommendations mandatorily. No extra cost shall be paid to your firm in such cases. ©) Installation and Commissioning of bi-directional/net meters shall be under the scope of your firm and host institution shall provide necessary support. JAKEDA shall facilitate the process wherever specifically requested by the bidder. 1) Installation of Remote Monitoring hardware / facility with necessary dongle etc. shall be in scope of your firm. The mechanical structures, electrical works including power _—_conditioners.__/inverters/ charge controllers/maximum power point tracker units/¢i ution boards/digital meters/switchgear, storage batteries and overall workmanship of the SPV power plants/systems must be warranted against any manufacturing/ design/ installation defects for a minimum period of 5 years. Materials found damaged during transit or during erection shall be replenished by the supplier immediately without waiting for settlement of their claim with their Insurance Company. (ii) Your firm can also provide additional information about the system and condition of guarantee as necessary, (iii) The agreement will be valid for five years from the date of installation & commissioning of the supplies. (iv) The maintenance service provider shall ensure proper functioning of the system as a whole. All _preventive/routine maintenance and breakdown/corrective maintenance required for ensuring maximum uptime shall have to be provided by your firm.
