Applicable Documents
The following descending order of precedence shall be followed for any conflict between Company-provided
documentation, sccording to Spec Nr. 8530-030-SPC-0003 “Unfired Heat Recovery Steam Generator
Specification” para 5.3:

1) National Laws and Statutory Regulations

2) Equipment Data Sheets
3) Material Requisition
4) Specifications and Standards
5) International Codes and Standards

The Supplier shall submit for Company review and approval written exceptions to any portion of this
specification to which they cannot or will not conform (including all listed references).
Any exception or deviation the Supplier may require following the placement of a Purchase Order shall be
submitted in writing for Company approval.
Please note that BH standards shall be considered and followed when the requested information is not provided
in Customer Specifications or in this MR. Anyhow such contradictions shall be highlighted to BH in written
form.
