The Commission has issued Advertisement No' 31 and Advertisement
No.3212022 published on 20.11.2022 in various news papers, for 3863 posts and 613 Posts of Post
Graduate Teachers (PGTs) in various subjects for Haryana Cadre & Mewat Cadre respectively. In view

of the subsequent amendment made in the service rules, the essential qualifications for the posts of PGT
Political Science and PGT Physics is as under:-
Essential Oualification for PGT Political Science :-
(i) M.A. Political Science or Public Administration with atleast 50% marks and B.Ed.
from a recognized university;" and.
(iD Matric with Hindi/sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject And;
iiiil cenificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) School /
Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).
(iv) Consistent good academic record.

Essentiat Oualification for PGT Phvsics :-

(i; M.Sc. Physics/Applied PhysicsNuclear Physics/Electronics Science/Electronics with at
least 50% marks and B.ED. from a recognized university and
(iD Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A.44.A. with Hindi as one of the subject; And;
(iiD Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) School/
Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).
(iv) Consistent good academic record.

,.Besides above since the term "Good Academic Record" has also been clearly defined

vide amendment dated 22.03.2018 therefore Note I (ii) mentioned in AdvertisementNo.3U2022

and AdvertisementNo. 3212022 is substituted as under"

In case of direct recruitrnent 'Good Academic Record means the candidate having 50% marks
after taking average of any t}ree examination from l0th/l2thlGraduation/Post Graduation as the case
may be. However, the candidate must have at least 507o marks in Post-Graduation except PGT
Computer Science and in case ofPGT Computer Science, the candidate must have atleast 55% marks in

Post-Graduation/Graduation as the case may be"

The advertisement No. 31/2022 afi 3212022 is hereby amended to the above extent in view of
amendments dated 22.03.2018 Rest of the conditions of the above advertisements will remain

unchanged.
