New York, NY

New information has been received by IRN’s lawyers and investigators regarding
the U.S. Attorney (SDNY), Damian Williams’ and his Office’s refusal to produce and
disclose the alleged September 22, 2006, purported Rule 11 perjury proceedings of
Jeremy Jones; and refusal to produce and disclose Jones’ USSG 5k.1 cooperation
contracts, and the government’s USSG 5k.1 substantial assistance letter filed on behalf of
Jones.

IRN’s investigators have obtained a copy of Jeremy Jones’ alleged USSG 5k.1 letter
filed in the District Judge during what the government claimed was a sentencing
proceeding regarding Jones’ alleged September 22, 2006, Rule 11 perjury contract.

According to anonymous sources inside the U.S. Attorney’s Office (SDNY), and the
DOJ, sources that leaked Jones’ USSG 5k.1 letter, and other Brady exculpatory the DOJ
concealed and suppressed, District Judges Edgardo Ramos, Colleen McMahon, Laura

Taylor-Swain, and Circuit Judge Debra Ann Livingston, Robert D. Sack, and Amalya L.
Kearse, and five (5) other deceased federal judges, Leonard B. Sand, Robert W. Sweet,
Robert A. Katzmann, Peter W. Hall, and William H. Pauley, III, “ … all were involved in
the judicial and prosecutorial misconduct …” that aided and abetted the intentional and
willful prosecutorial misconduct that violated ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct,
Rules 3.3 (Duty of candor to the tribunal) 3.4(c) (Fairness to opposing party and counsel),
8.4 (a-e), (misconduct), and Local Rules District Court (SDNY), Rule 1.5(b)(5), (the
“Rules”).

The sources informed IRN’s lawyers that “ … Judge [Edgardo] Ramos, Taylor-
Swain, and [Colleen] McMahan are leading the charge now that [Judge] Pauley is dead,
…, Ramos, Taylor-Swain, and McMahan are scum bag federal judges in the pocket of
[Senator] Schumer … Garland is now in on the scam to cover up the evidence, the DOJ’s
Inspector General will investigate Ragsdale, Williams, Garland, and the entire DOJ’s
executive leadership for prosecutorial misconduct. Persons are going to prison for
this crime ….”

Based on the new revelations and the acquisition of Jeremy Jones’ USSG 5k.1
letter—which now cannot be denied by the DOJ, clear-cut intentional prosecutorial
and judicial misconduct, it appears the game is up for Garland, Ragsdale, Prelogar,
Monaco, Gupta, Williams, Xiang, Childs, Gitner, Garnett, Ramos, Taylor-Swain,
Livingston, McMahan, the DOJ, and others involved in the conspiracy to obstruct justice.

The only remaining question is, When will the hammer drop on the cabal, the DOJ
criminal enterprise? Garland (a/k/a Iago) looked into the Abyss, and the Abyss looked
back. Rather than fleeing, Garland, et al., dived head-first into the Abyss, and now are in
free fall. Fate sealed their individual fates. Fate played a cruel irony on Garland, et al.—
that is, Garland the alleged “chief law enforcement officer of the United States” is now
going to be prosecuted by the law. Fate blocked Garland’s appointment to the Supreme
Court and placed Garland in a position so that his true character would be exposed.
