Job description for SPV Maintenance (Mechanical) at PT Perindustrian Sawit Synergi

Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in technical or engineering field such as mechanical and mechatronics are
encouraged to apply.
2. Have minimum 3 years experience as a Foreman and assistant Supervisor or in manufacturing environment
such as oleochemical, chemical industry, palm oil refinery or food industry will be an added advantage.
3. Have good mechanical field comprehension.
4. Responsible and have good initiative.
5. Have good leadership ability and good communication.
6. Be able to work in under pressure.
7. Knowledge of food safety or palm oil safety is desirable.
7. Will be placed in Sangkulirang (East Borneo)

Job Description:
1. Keep downtime not surpass the target as his responsibility.
2. Ensure Maintenance in his responsibility running well by conduct random check patrol, particularly on
machine causes down time.
3. Do and ensure preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and breakdown maintenance works well,
from planning, implementation till evaluation.
4. Ensure safety program works well (APD and tagging), meets quality standards and productivity targets.
5. Report all machine condition in plant to Superintendent Maintenance and Mechanical Engineer.
6. Makes daily report directly to the superior (Superintendent, Mechanical Engineer and Manager) regarding
work evaluation (work result and finding) and work plan (daily work plan for tomorrow)
7. Oversee technician to maintain and keep up plant cleanliness.
8. To monitor production process, carry out minor and major troubleshooting and maintenance of plant.
9. Oversee technician to conduct maintenance for diesel engine (Cummins etc), pump and mechanical seal,
steam turbine, boiler, thermal oil heater, heat exchanger, filter, tank, reverse osmosis, water treatment plant and
Kernel Crushing Plant.
10. Supervise for conducting handling pipe, valve, flange and welding.
11. Assist Manager and Mechanical Engineer for underway Project.
