Subject: [Action Required] Decision needed to make progress on Plant Pals Project

Hi All,

I hope that you are doing well. Just to quickly introduce myself, I’m Tran – the project
manager and have been managing all incoming orders and test shipments to customers for
our Plant Pals project.

I would like to bring an issue to your attention. We don’t have enough drivers to deliver all of
the orders on time. So far only 80% of our plants have been delivered successfully.

Unfortunately this put our customer satisfaction at risks and some customers have already
cancelled their subscriptions. If the delay remains, this can put our project timeline, product
quality and revenue at risk.

I have sourced outsourced-delivery services that can have a track record of on-time deliveries
that could help us resolve the lack of drivers and ensure 90% of the plants delivered
successfully. That way, we can avoid major delays. Are you available for a meeting tomorrow
