Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited) Mohali as Sr. Officer Quality Control from March,
2012 to August, 2015.

Worked with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, BADDI as Sr. Officer Quality

Control from April, 2011 to March, 2012.

Worked with Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, Mohali as Officer Quality Control

from July, 2007 to April, 2011. Received Appreciation Award for the Team
excellence in April, 2009.

RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Current JOB Responsibilities:-

➢ Investigating the probable root cause for OOS/OOT/Analytical incidences in QC

Lab.
➢ Review of Finish Product, Stability, Raw Material, Packaging Material &
Calibration reports through LIMS software.
➢ Review of the Qualification documents of the instrument & equipments in QC
Lab.
➢ Review of the change controls in software.
➢ Giving usage details to Raw Materials & Packaging Materials in SAP system.
➢ Daily dispatch of Finished Product by authorizing the Product release form.
➢ Reconciliation & Review of the electronic files generated in the software during
analysis.
➢ Performing the Unit operations in QC Lab as per the schedule.
➢ Maintaining the QC Lab in compliance and ready for any inspection by daily
round in the Laboratory.
➢ Review the specifications for any pharmacopeia changes.
➢ Review of the sample Management in QC Lab.
➢ Review of the activities like Calibrations, Control sample destruction,
Volumetric/Reagent solutions preparation as per schedule.

JOB Responsibilities in Previous Company:-

➢ Laboratory Control System & Quality Management System

▪ Oversees management of Laboratories Standards like- Reference Standards,

working standards & impurity standards used for analysis.
 ▪ Review test reports, Summary reports, Instrument usage log books and certificate
of analysis.
▪ Conduct daily and monthly back up activity of all computer related software.
▪ To assist in software Verification.
▪ To assist in OOS/OOT lab investigation.
▪ To do the inventory for the labs.
▪ To be in state of compliance to cGLPs and SOPs.
