THE IMPORTANCE OF THE

LAYER OF THE EARTH’S

ATMOSPHERE

The earth is surrounded by an envelope of air called the

atmosphere. This thin blanket of air is an integral part of the
planet. It is very important to us as it enables us to breathe and
protects us from the harmful effects of the sun's rays.there are 5
main layers of the earth’s atmosphere the first layer is the troposphere the
troposphere provides oxygen that we can breath,and it keeps the earth

at livable temperature and allow the weather to occur,the second layer

is the stratosphere it is the one who protects us from the uv rays.the third
layer is the mesosphere the mesosphere protects us from the meteor shower

and also it protects us from the astreroids, and the fourth layer is the
thermosphere it protects the earth from making complete exploration

of the space communication possible,and the last layer is the

exosphere it is the planet’s first line of defense against sun
rays,it is also the first layer to come in construct and protect the
earth from meteor astreloids and comics rays… and that is the
importance of the layers of the earth’s atmosphere.
