All raw materials should be released by Quality Assurance before use.

All ingredients must be weighed in clean & sanitized containers & polybags.
Ensure all the utensils must be cleaned & sanitized before use.
Inline filter must be cleaned and sanitized before use.
Avoid material contamination at all stages of manufacturing.
Time Record in BMR as 00:00 (HH:MM) in 24 hour Format.
SAFETY PRECAUTION
Gloves to be worn which touching RM/ in process material.
Face mask to be worn.
For Eye protection, goggles to be worn when handling chemicals.
In case of eye contact, irrigate the eye with eyewash for at least 20 minutes or more.
Medical attention must be obtained if required.
In case of skin contacts with chemicals, wash off immediately with large quantities water.
Clothing affected by chemicals must be removed and thoroughly washed before wearing again.

1.1 Premix (A): Wax phase
1.1.1 In a suitable stainless steel container prepare 1%
solution COLOUR (GREEN COLOUR) in purified
water.
1.1.2 Manually mix for 10-20 min to completely dissolve.

Check, there should not be any un-dissolved
residue in the premix.
Note:
This premix must be used within 4 hours of its preparation.
 Mixing should be continued till the addition of premix in main mixer.
 Addition should be done under mixing.
Ensure that there is no leftover of premix in mixer.

bottom & drain and Pump Drain Valve are Close
Add 90% of required Qty. purified water to Water
mixing vessel, add DISODIUM EDTA and heat up
to 70-750C at slow stirring, Anchor speed should be
10-20 RPM

1.1.5 Add (COCAMIDE MEA) CMEA to main Mfg. vessel

and mix at very slow stirring Anchor speed should
be 10-20 RPM, bulk should be lump’s free
1.1.6 Add SLES, CAPB, and GLYCERINE one by one

to main mixture and mix properly under sloe
stirring Anchor speed should be 10-20 RPM. And
cool down the bulk up to 35 0C under slow stirring.
1.1.7 Add ALOE VERA EXTRACT, FRAGRANCE and

EUXYL K 100 one by one to main mixture and mix
properly under sloe stirring Anchor speed should
be 10-20 RPM. (Note: Tempt. &

1.1.8 Add premix (A) to main Mfg. vessel and match

Colour with the standard sample and mix for 10
minute at slow stirring

1.1.9 In side vessel prepare SODIUM

CHLORIDE(SALT) solution in purified water and
filter with 300# nylon cloth
1.2 Add required qty. of SODIUM CHLORIDE (SALT)

solution in main mfg. to meet the final product
viscosity specification.
Check pH and adjust with SODIUM HYDROXIDE
solution. Quantity of Sodium Hydroxide is as per
1.2.1 requirements.
- Mix for 15-20 minutes maintaining the speed of the
Agitator.
