Through training sessions conducted by our professor we were able to understand we

were able to understand how ZOHO inventory® software works, process of data
input. Zoho inventory helps to manage inventory and customers efficiently and
automate many of business processes.

Its effortless to navigate and its seamless integration with other ZOHO products has
proven to be very helpful. Zoho inventory is an online inventory management
application which orders and keeps track of the stocks and reorders products based on
analytics. Zoho inventory supports multiple sales channels which are integrated with
each

other, it enables more orders hence more demand for the products. Zoho Inventory is a
cloud-based inventory management software, that assists you in organizing and
keeping track on the movement of the stock.

Zoho Inventory works with Microsoft Azure Active Directory giving you single sign-
on using your Microsoft credentials.

OBJECTIVES

The main function of inventory is to provide operations with an ongoing supply of

materials.

• To achieve this function effectively, your business should strive to find a

sweet spot between too much and too little,without ever running out of stock.
• Zoho CRM acts as a single repository to bring your sales, marketing, and
customer support activities together, and streamline your process, policy, and
people in one platform.
• To study the international warehousing and supply chain management by
generating business documents with help of ZOHO inventory® software for
various purposes. To identify particular source of information and how the
information is further processed.
• To generate reports based on the filled data.

Conclusion

Undertaking this project has helped me in learning various tools related to warehouse
management systems and examine the operations in warehouse system. Om mobiles
LLP has tremendous input and output flow and requires to manage information flow
that can be achievable by a systematic way which enables to run the business assists
in keeping up to date records.

Inventory management platforms such as ZOHOⓇ INVENTORY helps to process

all the documents efficiently and keeps supply chain management easy and
automation process.
