Carded yarn manufacturing

 The process of yarn manufacturing.

1:-Blow room:

Input : cotton bale

Output: lapsheet
In this machine we put cotton bales and its roller and spikes beater then and
make it size smaller and give us in output lap sheet.

2:-carding machine:
Input: lap sheet
Output: fiber(carded silver)
In this machine fiber become align.

3:-drawing machine:

Input: carded silver

Output: drawn silver
In this machine we put carded silver and its roller stretch fiber and us drawn
silver.

4:-simplex machine:

Input: drawn silver

Output: roving
In thins part of machine we put drawn silver and it slightly twist the fiber and
give us roving.

5:-Ring machine:
Input: roving
Output:yarn
In this machine we put roving and it attached the rovings and give us yarn.

6:-winding machine:

Input: yarn(spinning bobbin)

Out put: cone
In this machine we put yarn(spinning bobbin) and it give us cone.
