Annual Dinner

Instructions for students


Students are required to abide by the following instructions:
1. Students are required to bring their student cards and tickets with them. Student cards and
tickets will be checked at the main entrance of the event venue. Students who fail to bring
their student cards and tickets will not be allowed to enter in the venue.
2. Giving your student card or ticket to any other students or friend for their fake entry will
be dealt strictly.
3. Students will be searched at the main entrance of the venue. All the students are required
to cooperate with the security team at the main entrance.
4. Students will not be allowed to bring any type of reusable/disposable container like water
bottles, disposable bottles etc. with them. Such items will be taken from the students at the
main entrance. Drinking water will be arranged in the main event hall.
5. Students will not be allowed to bring any backpacks and hand bags. Such items will be
taken from the students at the main entrance of the venue. Security team will not be
responsible for belongings of the students.
6. Female students are only allowed to bring a hand purse with them.
7. Students’ vehicles will also be checked before entering in the parking area.
8. The event will start at 4:00 PM on December 15, 2022 and will finish by 8:30PM
approximately.
9. All the students in the event hall are required to observe decent behavior. Any sort of
misconduct or mess will be dealt very strictly.

Annual Dinner is a decade wide tradition of Abasyn University Islamabad Campus. The above-
mentioned instructions are for your own safety and smooth conduct of the event. The security team
will appreciate your cooperation in implementing the above instructions.
