SACK HANDLER VACUUM 92-10006

Lifts All’s sack lifters optimize frequent handling of sacks,

for example in the food-, chemical- and pharmaceutical
industries. No matter the material of the sack, the vacuum
Sack-Handler comes to grips. The operator quickly and
smoothly moves the sacks from conveyor to pallet or to
empty into a funnel with the sack still in a safe grip.

Ergonomics in focus
Whereas manual handling is uncomfortable and prone to
injuries, and traditional tube lifters are ungainly, our gripp-
ers are the perfect alternative. The ergonomic design
immediately improves the productivity and shortly the user
notices an improved personal health. The employer sees a
rapid decline in absence due to sore backs and shoulders.

Cost-effective solution
You can save energy costs since the gripper is only pow-
ered by compressed air 6-7 bar, consuming only 5-10
percent compared to traditional vacuum lifts. Thanks to
the clever Precivac pump the vacuum level is preserved at
a correct level, regardless of the quality of the sack.

Proportional lifts 92-10006

The Pro Speed-Handle’s (PSH) proportional control of
movement up and down means that a gentle push on the
button smoothly moves the load. A harder push moves
the load faster. When the user lets go of the buttons - or
the whole gripper - the gripper stays in the same height. It
only moves up or down when the user wants it to. Flexibil-
ity in the Bal-Trol enables fine tuning of vertical position by
+/-10 cm by manual influence directly on the sack or bag.

BASIC FOR SACKS 93-10017

As soon as Basic’s vacuum head lands on a surface, it is

automatically engaged and ready to lift. The user controls
the speed and the height of the gripper proportionally with
the two buttons for up and down. The quick connection
makes Basic able to lift carton boxes as well as sacks.
The user switches applications in an instant for the differ-
ent loads’ materials, weights and sizes. The hook is always
there, easily flipped down.

Sack-Handler Mechanical - popular in laundry industries
for lifting and emptying laundry sacks and also at post
terminals where hundreds of sacks are handled daily.
The grip rolls are gentle to the sacks and don’t leave any
marks or damage to the bags.

GRIP ROLLS 92-10045: Pimpled rubber

Different types of sacks demand different types of grip

rolls to get a secure grip and also to avoid leaving marks
or making damage to the sack or bag.

Pimpled rubber
To be used for lifting bags with a smooth surface.

Vulcanised rubber
For high volume lifting and if the sacks are made of
rough material, such as jute. 92-10046: Pimpled rubber wide

Knurled metal
Depending on the level of cleanliness we provide rolls
made of aluminium as well as stainless steel.

Wide rolls
Fragile bags might need wider rolls to spread the grip
force in order to avoid breakage.
